The Financial Times (FT) and Statista have ranked InTek Logistics among The Americas' Fastest Growing Companies 2025, released this week. The sixth annual listing of Growth Champions includes 300 companies in 20 North and South American countries and is based  on compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for revenue between 2020 and 2023.

“We are excited for the recognition by the Financial Times and Statista as we continue to grow our business in the midst of challenging freight conditions,” said Rick LaGore, InTek CEO. “Our team has helped make this happen by focusing on service and creative solutions, and we're grateful to our partners as well for their continued support.”

InTek Logistics, Inc. (formerly InTek Freight & Logistics) is an Indianapolis-based, North American logistics service provider focusing on creative, customized intermodal solutions and personalized, around the clock service for companies of all sizes. InTek's team of experts leverages deep industry experience, cutting-edge technology and strategic rail, drayage, and trucking partnerships to deliver unmatched logistics solutions - intermodal and beyond.

Companies based in 20 countries were eligible for the list, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Columbia and others. Two-thirds of this year's ranked businesses were from the U.S. As FT notes, this ranking period includes "the Covid-19 pandemic, lockdown and the end of rock-bottom interest rates," suggesting growth in spite of clear market obstacles.

According to Statista, to be included in the list of the Americas’ fastest growing companies, a company had to meet the following criteria:

  • Revenue of at least $100,000 generated in 2020
  • Revenue of at least $1.5 million generated in 2023
  • Be independent (the company is not a subsidiary or branch office of any kind)
  • Revenue growth between 2020 and 2023 that was primarily organic (“internally” stimulated)

The company is one of only seven to make the list representing Logistics and Transportation. The most common sector was IT and Software, which had 66 honorees, with Financial Services and Fintech, along with Healthcare and Life Sciences, accounting for about 30 each.
